ORDER ACCEPTANCE 

Please read these terms carefully before you submit your order via www.sheebaelectronics.com the “Site”. By placing an order on the Site, you are agreeing to be bound by these Terms of Sale with immediate effect.

Our acceptance of your order will take place when we notify you of our acceptance in writing (e.g. by email or mobile messaging). If we are unable to accept your order, we will inform you of this in writing or through a call and will not charge you for the product.

Payment. By placing an order, you authorize us and/or our third-party payment processor to process your credit/debit card details for the amount of your order. We accept payment by,

  • credit/debit card
  • cash on delivery

In order to authorize credit/debit card payments, we may be required to create an account for you with our third-party payment processors, including accepting their standard terms and conditions and submitting your details to them on your behalf. You hereby authorize us to do so and we shall not be liable to you for any damage or loss you may incur as a result.

We may remove or add cards or other payment methods that we accept at any time without prior notice to you.

ORDER CANCELATION

You may cancel your order immediately prior to shipping for any reason. Processing fees may apply.

Our Cancellation. We may cancel your order(s) if:

  • you do not make any payment to us when it is due
  • you do not, within a reasonable time of us asking for it, provide us with information that is necessary for us to provide the products
  • you do not, within a reasonable time, allow us to deliver the products to you or collect them from us
  • if the product is out of stock, we will offer you an equal or higher valued item at our discretion. If you decide to not accept the offer, we will issue you a voucher or a refund minus any fees.

Our Services

  • Depending on the business model, our Services, provided by us, may include, (a) warehousing, order management and fulfilment (e.g. communication with a buyer on his/her purchase, obtaining payment from a buyer and organizing delivery); (b) shipping the product from our warehouse/premises to the buyer; (c) cash collection and processing of payments; and (d) call center and customer support, as per our Terms of Use and our Terms of Sale.
  • We reserve the right to determine the content, appearance, design, functionality and all other aspects of the Site and the Services (including the right to re-design, modify, remove and alter the content, appearance, design, functionality, and other aspects of the Site and the Service and any element, aspect, portion or feature thereof, from time to time), and to delay or suspend listing of, or to refuse to list, or to de-list, any or all products in our sole discretion. We may, in our sole discretion, withhold for investigation, refuse to process, restrict shipping destinations for, stop and/or cancel any of your sale transactions if we consider it necessary for legal purposes or to ensure compliance with these Terms.

Terms of Use

Use of the website is available only to persons who can form legally binding contracts under applicable law. Persons who are “incompetent to contract” as per local Contract Acts are not eligible to use the website.

If you are a minor (i.e. under the age of 18 years), you may use this website only under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to be bound by these Terms of Use, those who choose to access the website from outside of United Arab Emirate are responsible for compliance with local laws whenever applicable.

Except where additional conditions are provided which are specific to products or services, these Terms and Conditions supersede all previous representations, understandings or agreements.

By using the website, you agree to be bound by the Terms and Conditions.

Fees and Payments

The website provides the possibility to purchase product(s) and /or service(s) online and to settle payment online or in-store based on shipping, delivery method available in UAE. Payment transactions including authorizations and settlements will be in AED.

We accept the following modes of payment:

For in-store payment transactions: bank credit cards, debit cards and cash.

For online payment transactions: bank credit cards (Visa and MasterCard) which may be requested to be refurbished upon request, partial refund is not allowed on credit cards.

For online payment transactions, customer will receive an order acknowledgment once the payment has been authorized. We cannot accept any liability if payment is refused or declined by the credit card for any reason. You should check with your bank credit card supplier for the same.

We do not store your credit card details on the website. All payment details which are entered through the website payment gateway are encrypted when you enter them. Communications to and from the service provider’s site are encrypted.

We cannot provide any of your payment information obtained via the web to other companies or individuals unless required to by law. This information is processed by our payment merchant.

Credit card & debit card details provided by you for benefiting from the online service will be truthful, valid and accurate and you shall use the credit card which is lawfully owned by you. The said information will not be utilized and shared by the online service with any of the third parties unless required for fraud verifications or by law, regulation or court order. The online service will not be liable for any credit card fraud. The liability for use of a card fraudulently will be on you and the responsibility to prove otherwise shall be exclusively on you.

In the event that we are unable to supply the full or portion of the order, we will inform you accordingly. A full or portion refund will be given – through credit card / debit card- where you have already been charged for.

Using the online payments facility of the website indicates that you accept these terms. If you do not accept these terms, do not use this facility.

Warranty Policy

  • To benefit from Return, Exchange and Warranty services, original invoice is required.
  • Warranty services are directly provided by the manufacturer or not at all. We do not bare any responsibility for the warranty of the product(s)/service(s) purchased.
  • All items will be reviewed for Return and Exchange if a request is filed within 48 hours of receiving the product(s)/service(s) to our discretion.
  • Item should be in original seal packing to be considered for Return and Exchange.
  • Returns and Exchanges will be accepted within 3 days from the date the request is filed.
  • Offer item can be returned with the purchased item if the offer item is still in the original condition, otherwise its price will be deducted
  • Items purchased through vouchers, credit card or through installment service cannot be refunded in cash
  • Accepting shipment from shipping company declares that the shipment (carton) is in good condition and it is sealed upon receiving.
  • The return and exchange period are calculated from the date of delivery and you must provide the sealed invoice that arrives with the shipment.

Confidentiality

  • For the purposes of these Terms, “Confidential Information” means our (or a Site user’s) non-public, confidential, secret or proprietary material and information that has been or may be, directly or indirectly, disclosed to you or which you come into the possession or knowledge of, whether in verbal, written, graphic, electronic or other form, in connection with or as a result of entering into these Terms.
  • You will maintain the confidentiality of all Confidential Information you may provide us or which we receive as a result of your use of the Services and we will not release, disclose, use, make available or copy any such Confidential Information without our prior written consent. We may disclose Confidential Information to employees, agents or subcontractors on a need-to-know basis only.
